The Corporate Control Centre (CCC) is an additional software program, provided with the SiteLink regular subscription where global settings, letters and defaults can be set for each Store.
The Corporate Control Centre lets you view activities, in real-time, from anywhere. Using your web browser, you can connect to the central database on the web server. View consolidated or single-site reports in the industry’s most user-friendly formats like PDF, Excel, or Word.
Whether you operate a single store or a multi-facility franchise operation, you can structure access to reports for managers, partners, accountants, and investors. Create unique privileges based on ownership, stores and reports. You decide who can view reports and how much information each user can access.

Central Control of Inquiries and Reservations
Head office staff can see every inquiry and reservation for every Store. If you have a call or customer contact centre, they can access Storers information directly and add new inquiries and reservations.

Reports not only show clearly how your store(s) perform, they also let you close the circle for full general ledger accounting. SiteLink Web Edition comes with the most detailed, expandable set of chart of account items. You can download financials by summary or detail into common accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, MAS 90, Colonial by Maxwell and Solomon. Downloads are fast for multi-store operators; SiteLink Web Edition transfers data from multiple stores as a batch, not store-by-store.
