Do I need a separate server to run SiteLink?

No, SiteLink Web Edition works on most Windows PC’s. The data is stored locally and on SiteLink’s servers. No servers are needed.

Does SiteLink Web Edition work if the Internet is down?

Yes, SiteLink Web Edition works in offline mode. You can still find customer details and balances.  Process payments later when the Internet connection is restored.

Can my data be converted?

Yes, most data from most Self Storage software can be converted.

Do I need training?

We have created over 50 training videos to help you learn SiteLink. Packed full of information, you can watch these videos over and over again.

 SiteLink does not work like my old software?

The transition to new software takes time. Not all functions in SiteLink will be the same as your old software. You will be familiar with your old software and that’s natural, but the time soon comes when you will be familiar with SiteLink.
