Taxes Included
We understand the many different tax laws and invoicing conventions. SiteLink meets Australia’s inclusive taxation, which many European countries share as well. SiteLink adapts VAT, GST and rounding to each country’s regulations. Users can assign up to 2 tax rates to any charge. For example, in the International version of SiteLink, the user interface, letters and forms show prices inclusive of taxes. You set up SiteLink to clearly itemize VAT and GST on receipts and invoices.

Electronic Payment Integration
Collect rent on time. Offer customers more ways to pay. SiteLink integrates with credit card processors and direct debit/bank draft providers. Electronic credit card billing lets you process all credit card payments automatically, with one click. No longer do you have to process credit cards one by one. Automatic billing means longer stays and more efficient rent increases. Electronic payments mean collecting at the click of a button.

The E-Commerce Module
The E-Commerce Module is an integral part of SiteLink. Our API or Web Template link seamlessly to your web site: customers can pay online; reserve online; and manage their accounts. SiteLink automatically updates gate systems like Access Ezy, Digitech, Sentinel, and PTI gate systems. SiteLink also integrates with most accounting programs.
