The API E-commerce Engine (application programming interface) is so complete it lets Opentech Alliance, our call center, work like store managers. Opentech’s call center counselors see real-time data, share inquires, take payments and view notes and add notes.
We have implemented a “Friendly Reminder” email to all of our customers on the first day of the month after we run the auto charges. We have added the TXT [text messaging] Collector and outsourced all letters using SimpleCertifiedMail.com. Both of these partners have had a huge impact on revenue. TXT lets us batch-send text messages three times a month to past-due customers and to lower delinquencies and to reduce collection calls. Results are substantial because customers can pay by clicking on a link in the text message. The mail service saves so much time, reduces errors and eliminates postage meters.
Last year, we launched the CRM letter campaign with great success. Birthday greetings and holiday announcements are a hit with customers and have added a nice, caring touch.
